Adjoining a bridge and beside a Church in what is surely one Venice's most bewitchingly locations - your dream of Venice come to life! Completely renovated, in a 17th century palace, has been furnished with designer furniture, by a well-known Venetian architect. Open the windows and hear the chatter of the cafe across the canal or gondola's going by your bedroom window. 5 minute or so walk to water transportation so access to outlying islands and other parts of Venice is no problem. Kitchen generally well stocked but only 1 ‘normal’ size wine glass- the other was cracked. Lastly, enough soft seating for more than 2 people would be appreciated. Furnishings were very shabby and beds must have been 30 years old. Very uncomfortable place and if a comfortable bed is important to you, don't select this apt. Asked host if we could store our luggage at apartment between check out and 3 pm, 4 hours. ( we would not have been in apartment while it was being cleaned). Host said no and storing luggage on Venice is difficult at best. We had to cancel our plans that day to babysit luggage. First time in 30 years using VRBO that I had a bad experience. ##### Marcia G.
