The studio surpassed our expectations. Staff were attentive and helpful. They booked an unforgettable boat trip for us. They visited promptly after a power outage - Paoula and Bianca. A few tweaks and we were back online. Great facilities and Bianca greeted us on arrival to show us the amenities the studio offered. The location was marvellous. On the doorstep of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The decor was quirky and the space was well designed. The washer-dryer was a welcome addition, allowing us to travel home with very little laundry left to do. Complimentary toiletries, coffee pods, croissants, biscuits and washing pods were appreciated. We respected the studio and left it in good order. A lady came to change our towels, and we think she recognised that we were treating the studio with care. The heated towel rail was welcome, and reduced the need for daily changes. The clean environment made it easy to maintain cleanliness. The air conditioning was welcome too. A fantastic week in a perfect place - so, we will certainly be back. Whether travelling in a small group, a couple, or even as a single person, Petrella’s Studio is a perfect venue for seeing the remarkable Cinque Terre. Thank you team. Ciao…xx

Highly recommend this property!

This property is exceptionally well located in Vernazza, one of the flatter towns in CT. The unit was very clean and perfectly presented for our stay. The staff was very good with all communications before, during, and at checkout.

Great stay and fantastic staff!

Great staff, best if the entire trip to Italy. Very accommodating knowledgeable and a riot to talk to at the office. Room was clean and spacious, only downfall was no Television. Good location, easily walkable to all of Vernazza. Really enjoyed our time here.

Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay.

Easy, easy, easy. It's steps from the train station and the beach, the staff is amazing and the area is stunning. Just an FYI there is no air conditioning but this is common for the area - just prepare beforehand.

Beautiful room in a perfect location, just off of the main town square of Vernazza. Easy access to shops, dining, ferry, and train station. The combo washer/dryer was an unexpected benefit as well.

Great little place! Train delays getting there required us to have some last minute communications at irregular hours with spotty WiFi. At first we were given the wrong code to the key box, but they sent the correct code within minutes. Still, well appointed and perfect location for our trip! I’d stay again.

Communication with the property management team was terrible. They asked us for copies of our documents in advance, but we had to resubmit them the day prior to arriving. When arriving at the property, we immediately noticed that the apartment was above the outside temperature, which was over 80F/27C. The property provides fans but no AC. All but one of the 3 small fans were dirty and weak. The bed is upstairs where all of the heat is trapped and was a miserable experience. Downstairs was a pull out sofa which as a bar that can be felt running through the middle laterally. The choice between a poor matress or high heat made us leave a day early. Surfaces that didnt have constant contact were covered in a layer of dust. The shower handle wont stay on the holder properly, and must be held while bathing. The location is cute and quaint and is right near the harbor, but it was incredibly uncomfortable once we arrived. We ended up leaving a day early, and eating the incredibly high cost of an additional night. Overall, outside of the comfort issues, the communication with the property management really solidified the poor experience. We had multiple attempts at politely talking via whatsapp, with seen messages but no response. Very unprofessional, expensive, uncomfortable, and slightly dirty.

Excelente lugar, limpio, con mucha personalidad, gran ubicación, cerca de todo. Algo ruidoso porque estaban construyendo al lado y porque pasa mucha gente hablando fuerte por ahí, pero eso no impidió que disfrutáramos mucho el lugar. (Quizá podrían agregar algo para insonorizar un poco en un futuro). Pero definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar ahí. Muy recomendable!

Cute apt

The apartment is very cute and has all the amenities we needed. Noise from the street (tourists), which can't be avoided since the apartment is a stone's throw away from the Vernazza center. Very courteous staff. I wish the portable ACs were stronger, it gets really hot in the mezzanine, and that there is a curtain for privacy between the kitchen and room with sofa bed.

The property management was very helpful with all questions and had great directions ahead of our visit. The pictures are true to the studio. It is located just a few steps from the main square near the beach. Very lively and yet quiet as it is tucked away one street inside.

Loved Vernazza!!!

We enjoyed the studio very much. The stairs to the bedroom were intimidating at first but we went slowly and the steepness was no so bad. The area begins waking around 5:30 AM but this studio is very quiet compared to other areas. DO THE HIKE to Monterosso. Only 90 minutes. Breathtaking. We spent a whole day at the beach in Monterosso with beach umbrellas do this also. The trains are easy to visit other cities.

What a wonderful holiday :)

What an amazing experience. The studio is located just off the main square and is so convenient & so traditional. The photos don’t do this little spot justice - I can highly recommend a stay there. The managing agents are incredibly friendly, approachable & flexible
