"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "

"The place is wonderful...staff mainly young students very helpful...breakfast is a must because for a 2 star venue is rich fresh and clean.The only thing missing from the room is a small fridge...im here on a summer vacation and coming from a hot country i need my drinks cold. "5 stars for photography and Photoshop skills to the person who did images for this property. Images look amazing, but... Main bedroom furniture is in an extremely used condition. Carpet has an iron shaped burnt-through hole. Booked the place for 14 nights and moved out to available hotel room next day. I have no doubt that any reviews for this property are not real. Expedia should be more selective accepting questionable businesses to its platform. New property video inspection should be a standard."
