“José very kindly greeted us. The guest house, located on his property, was very inviting to enter. His wife had baked a cake for us, and he had some fruit in a basket, water and a bottle of wine; which was very much appreciated. The location is about a 10 min drive to Viana do Castelo. We loved the location because it was quiet and felt very relaxing to be away from a city centre. While it wasn't beach weather while we were there, there are a few nearby that are well worth visiting regardless.……

Hosts were helpful and always on hand to provide anything we needed such as extra towels or bedding. The pool is a good size for a family and the grounds are large so plenty of room to play or relax.”
