"Good stay! Pricey for Private Room"
Friendly staff, casual environment, fish spa pond for legs, high pressured hot water, safe, however far from Victoria Falls (30mins by walking). Sitting taxi one way makes more sense at 2-5usd depending on your negotiation, we made two trips at 5usd. The backpackers helps you arrange airport transport at 10USD per person. If you are fine with some arrangement yourself you can get one taxi outside from a public taxi operator from 12-20USD per Taxi.

"Conveniently located "
I'm unsure where to start, because my partner and I enjoyed our stay at the lodge. From the staff to the dishes it was all flawless. We loved it. The staff were so friendly and just made the holiday enjoyable that much more. Everything was great. The breathtaking view from the restaurant looking at the watering hole made breakfast, lunch and dinners something worth looking forward to. There is no shortage of wildlife around the lodge and by the watering hole. Overall we loved it.

"Nice Hotel Close to the Falls"
This Hotel was pricey - but so were all the Hotels in Victoria Falls and the drinks were cheaper here than at the nearby Victoria Falls Hotel. Room very comfortable with a mosquito net round the bed (although we didn't encounter any mossies ourselves) and it had a nice balcony where you could watch passing wildlife - in particular the local family of warthogs. Food at the Hotel was also good.

Loved the hotel. Everything you need. Very special to have animals grazing within touching distance and without fear of humans. Friendly and helpful staff. All speak very good English. Will definitely return.

"Beautiful hotel and location and more.."
Jan 8-12 2017. Walking into the main foyer is spectacular - views through to the Zambezi River and we could see the 'Cloud that Thunders' from the deck even on a rainy day. Vic Falls a comfortable regular free return shuttle ride away. Rooms were beautifully furnished in keeping with the African lodge feel - spacious and comfortable, supplied with everything we wanted - lovely to see them around our beds in the evening as part of turn down. Spa treatments were gorgeous, food was plentiful and staff delightful: - special call out to Francis who was attentive to our whole family. Wendy at front reception went over and above with customer service during and post stay! The staff at the on-site Recreation/Tour Office are very helpful - if you haven't booked anything in advance not a prob - we booked our trip to Chobe National Park - Botswana through them the day before - Amazing trip, and had the experience of seeing an elephant giving birth by the side of the road - too awesome (even for safari guide Alex who's being this tour for 8 years or more), Take the Lady Livingstone boat trip - if you never see water life (which we did plenty of hippo and crocs) it's worth it for the very tasty nibbles and drinks (inc. in cost) and stunning sunsets (weather permitting of course). Was a lovely opportunity to mingle with other guests from our hotel too if you wanted to - very relaxed.
