A very clean hotel which is light bright and modern and a short walk to town or take the sea taxi right outside. A lovely view of the harbor from our good sized room. Excellent on site fish restaurant and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again

My ocean view room was amazing! My toddler loved watching the float planes and the boats in the inner harbour. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfy. They also offered a free shuttle into downtown and even a pick up afterwards. What a lovely service! Thanks for the great stay!

Totally impressed with this Coastal Hotel in Victoria BC. Service level of the staff over the top, dining room, room steward, front desk. Yes I said room steward. His service was on the level of most cruise ship stewards. We had harbor view room with small balcony. Fun to watch the comings and going - float planes, water taxis, ferry. Busy busy harbor. Steward said the rooms had been remodeled 2 months ago (May 2024). Showed as they were impeccable. One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The balcony view was incredible. Staff was friendly, and it was nice and quiet. The restaurant on the property had incredible food, and very gracious staff. We were travelling with our 2 year old, and everyone was so accommodating. The underground parking was a huge bonus. And we really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. We can’t wait to make the trip out here again and stay at this property.
