There is no AC in this hotel, and there was a heat wave when we were there. Having to keep all blinds closed, fans on, door/windows open all night=more noise was not good. Would be great hotel in Fall/Winter only.

our stay at the Parkside was perfect! Stayed in one of the luxury suites which had a separate bedroom with king size bed and a sofa bed for our kids in the other room. Also had a full size kitchen and a deep soaker tub. Room was super clean, linens were nice and crisp and bed was comfortable. Hotel is in walking distance of everything—shopping, restaurants, whale tours, museums, historical sites…there is also a great sun deck on the 6th floor with lounge chairs and a view. We liked our stay so much that we booked an extra night on the tail end of our vacation. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in Victoria!
