“Brown water, cockroach on the bed, and unfriendly staff. Spending $200 per night without getting a basic clean environment. ”

“Hotel is chic, well kept with superbly helpful and courteous staff”

“Good”

“Room was great, super clean and all the amenities. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Staff were kind and helpful. It is a very busy hotel so it took a while to check in. There was a musty, unpleasant mildew smell in the hallway which only seemed to get worse when they vacuumed the carpeting. There was an issue with my reservation for the second night and they were so good about resolving it.”

“I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth……

“The hotel is pathetic. Rooms are big but is old. My room was road facing and could hear complete traffic noise through out the night. The doors are not at all sound proof and you could hear noise people talking and moving. I had a early morning flight and could not sleep at all.”
