The location is prime and worth every penny. You just need to be open minded and realize this is an older building but the bathroom is completely updated. Mozart lives right around the corner too. Very charming place, amazing location and great coffee in the room.

Excellent location and customer service. Large room size. It was a overnight stay and location and transportation was key . Hotel is right in the St Stephen Church square and I was able to walk everywhere. Felt very safe and easy to reach by train from airport. The only downside is hotel is very dated and bed is very hard and uncomfortable and street noise One night is acceptable for purpose of this trip. I would choose other hotel for longer stay.

Excellent Location, Helpful Staff
Very comfortable stay, location couldn't be better, good breakfast, comfortable room, good service. Italian restaurant in the hotel serves good food and wine. One caveat: the hotel is so close to St. Stephan's that if you have a room at the back and sleep with the window open as I do, be prepared to be woken up by the church bells at 7 am. Not a problem for me as I'm an early riser and enjoy the peal of bells in the morning as an authentic experience.
