“My family stayed in the Villa after my sons wedding in Palma June 2025. We had a fantastic time at the villa and local area. The villa was spacious and clean. “Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Inca. Die Finca liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Inca. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und hatten einen Mietwagen. Daher kam uns die Lage eher entgegen, da die Finca dadurch ein sehr schöner Ort für ein erholsamen Urlaub war. Ich habe mich neben dem Urlaub noch auf eine Langdistanz im Triathlon vorbereitet. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt. Ein Stückchen die Landstraße vor und es ging in die Felder rund um Inca. Die Aussicht beim Laufen war einfach traumhaft.……

“Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Casa Bauza. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt und das Haus ist großzügig mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken. Die kids haben den Pool geliebt. Im Haus / Küche waren alle Utensilien reichhaltig vorhanden, sogar Essig, Öl, Gewürze. Um das Haus kann man wunderschöne Spaziergänge an der Klippe genießen....wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
