Holiday Home 'Luxury Apartment Simius' with Sea View, Balconies and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Luxury Apartment Simius is perfect for a relaxing holiday and offers a panoramic view of the sea and Villasimius. The 90 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a French bed) and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and smart TV with streaming services. A cot and a high chair for children are also available.



The holiday home has 2 private balconies, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The centre of Villasimius, with all main services, is just a short walk from the property. You have a parking space on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. The property follows recycling rules; further information is provided on site.
