Vacation flat with sea view, near the beach – Accu is Prezzus I

The vacation flat Accu is Prezzus I is situated in the little town of Simius and only a few metres from the sea. With a living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the two-storey vacation flat can accommodate 4 people. Facilities in the child-friendly holiday home also include cable TV, heating (for an additional fee) and a parking space. The covered terrace is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with its stunning sea view and barbecue, while the balcony offers a great view of the Mediterranean surroundings. The nearest beach is just 1 minutes walk away (50 m away) and there are supermarkets and numerous restaurants a few minutes away by car.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
