“房間整潔”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“一樓的甜點都很好吃，24小時！ 早餐可以加錢吃個一次！ 房間的位置離電梯有點遠，對於住七晚的有點不方便。第一天到因為還在調整時差，等了快三小時才check in(原先是3點才開始） 已詢問過，可以提早，所以我們才在大廳等，但櫃檯人員還是讓我們等了快三小時。真的有點心累！ 離我地鐵不遠5分鐘 ”

“Ellen is a lovely hotel in a very good Kensington location, 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court tube. The staff are so accommodating - particularly Petrolena and Shiek - we never had a wish unfulfilled. The beds are comfy. Nice coffee maker in room. Great pillows. The only thing lacking was the onsite restaurant. The staff were great but the food was meh.”
