The staff were incredibly helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The roads were under construction around the area so were a little hard to navigate, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in

Great service and friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Modern and good functioning air conditioning. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches, rental services, markets and other services. Superb bed, we slept good all 9 nights! No noise from outside. The parking was also very easy accessible! The breakfast could improve in some areas, but nothing too remarkable, it was good overall. The noise isolation to the hallways could also be better, but it was acceptable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Worst Hotel Experience – Room Was Uninhabitable

stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
