When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. Modern and good functioning air conditioning. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches, rental services, markets and other services. Superb bed, we slept good all 9 nights! No noise from outside. The parking was also very easy accessible! The breakfast could improve in some areas, but nothing too remarkable, it was good overall. The noise isolation to the hallways could also be better, but it was acceptable.
