With 180 m² of living space, the villa is ideal for up to 6 guests. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with dining area, a bright living room, and a stylish bathroom with a bathtub and direct outdoor access. Upstairs, you’ll find three double bedrooms, two of them with their own en-suite bathrooms with showers. From the bedrooms, step directly onto alarge terrace where panoramic sea views unfold before you.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a 600 m² enclosed garden with a private 8x4 m saltwater swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests. Beside the pool, a covered terrace offers space for al fresco dining, while abilliard tableprovide endless fun. A charming stone cottage with a traditional konoba and fireplace adds authentic flair, and on its rooftop you’ll discover yet another spacious terrace with breathtaking sea views.
The villa is filled with natural light, equipped with Wi-Fi, and includes private parking for your convenience. Pets are welcome with prior notice and a small fee of €10 / dog / night, making it a place the whole family can enjoy. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required, which will be returned in full at check-out if everything is in order.
