"One of the things I love best about the owners/operators of this property is that they don’t give the guest a chore at checkout. It was actually my first experience like that with VRBO, and it made an already great stay feel like the cherry on top that we didn’t have to strip beds or take out the garbage, etc. It’s a perfect quiet spot in otherwise not-so-quiet college town, but you’re also close to everything you need to get to. I asked if he could check on getting me a refund or a partial refund for the six days of my reservation and he said he would check. "Our family really enjoyed staying in this cute, quaint, quiet cottage in a residential neighborhood so close to all our planned activities. The cottage was very comfortable and inviting, with fun decorations and amenities, including some graduation balloons and trinkets left by the host...so kind. "Super cute place, very clean. I stayed with my partner and our 2 kids and we had plenty of space. Beds were very firm but super cozy, bathrooms were clean and well functioning. The host was very easy to communicate with and reached out on several occasions to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Just make sure you bring your own coffee pods if you want to use the Keurig!"
