It boasts a super comfy Tuft & Needle queen mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The design of this home started with a 40' shipping container, transformed into a cozy retreat with modern amenities.

The rooftop deck is a standout feature, beautifully illuminated at night, making it an ideal spot for stargazing or enjoying a morning coffee. The home includes a full-size, custom-tiled shower and a spacious bathroom, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. The interior is insulated and finished with pine shiplap, while the exterior is clad in cedar siding, allowing the original container to be visible.

Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun astroturf rooftop is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space.

The Neighborhood:
Great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco. 5 minutes off I-35 and 3 minutes from Cafe Homestead and Homestead Craft Village. Only 8 minutes from the Waco airport.

You can park right at the house and Uber is available.
