The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……

“Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great!
