The sleek modern bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. We supply high-quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. You`ll also have a supply of towels.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. You`ll find ample cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Off the kitchen is a loungeroom with a smart TV. We provide free high-speed Wi-Fi. We also have a small laundry room with a washtub, washing machine, and dryer.
There is no internal dining room. However, the kitchen has a seating area around the benchtop, and the private rear courtyard has an undercover area with a six-seater outdoor dining setting.
This is one of three attached units. Each unit has a designated external parking area. There is no carport or garage. If you are a tradesperson requiring additional security for your vehicle, we can provide access to the fenced car parking at the rear of the building. You`ll need to request this at the time of booking, and you may be sharing this space with other vehicles.
Access to the unit is via a digital keypad. The access code is provided at 1 pm on the day of check-in.

There are strictly no parties or events permitted.
Guest numbers should match the booking - the doorbell camera may be monitored.
Please notify us immediately if you break or damage anything during your stay, so we can arrange for a repair/replacement before the next guest arrives.
No smoking inside the house or on the premises. A fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house.
Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property.
Turn off the lights, air conditioner, and heaters when you are away from the property or checking out.
Noise - our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level. Please note that there is to be no loud music or noise that may disturb our neighbours.
