“Perfect stay with Emmanuel. We chose this property for price and amenities for 4 guest was perfect for our exteneded Swim meet weekend and proximity to the Aquatic Center. Garage access was nice for parking and packing. Everything worked out real nice for our stay. We will be booking next year for sure. Host sent us a message everyday to make sure our stay was as expected.”

“This rental was in the perfect spot for downtown access. We loved the area even more because our daughter and fiancé lives across the parking lot. Our whole trip was to spend time with them both and we were able to being so close. We loved the apartment and enjoyed relaxing with the quietness of the neighborhood. We will definitely hope to book again when we get to visit again.”

“Very small but clean and comfortable would recommend to anyone”

“Really easy to check in, with great instructions and communicative host. Really handy for downtown Fargo, just around the corner from the Theatre. At half the price of a hotel, this was a no-brainer!”

“Beautiful peaceful stay. Clean house. Lots of space.”

“Great location. Host provided wonderful communication and clear instructions.”

“Host was great! We will be back, really enjoyed it! ”

“It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again.”

“It was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and cozy. It was fun to get to pretend to live in a cute apartment so close to downtown. Close to all the shops and activities. Host was great to work with also. Definitely would stay again!”
