"We love Los Canelos. Definitely a home away from home. We were greeted very warmly by front desk. All the staff are so nice. The lobby and the whole property is very clean, absolutely spotless. It’s always warm when you walk in, which when you’ve been walking in the rain. The view is so beautiful, on a clear day you can see the lake from our window. Also it’s just a very short walk to town. The bridge and road is being renovated so just a little rough of a walk but we didn’t mind."

"Muy cómoda habitación y cama, lo único malo es que no tiene conectores cerca de la cama por lo que fue muy incómodo, en toda la habitación solo había uno en el baño el cual era para la secadora y uno atrás de la TV en el piso, ojalá atendieran esto ya que cuando viajas es importante cargar tus dispositivos. La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es lindo, y el personal muy amable. "

"Hotel is not on the main road, it's a 15 min walk to downtown, which is doable but not always easy with the weather. There's no elevator in the hotel, so take into consideration for your luggage. We had a bad experience with the driver recommended by the hotel. It seems that the driver and one of the reception staff are related, and he is not always very friendly."

"I thought the room and property were quite nice, new building and beautiful. However, the expensive dinner I had tasted mass produced: frozen burger patty, air fryer fries, soufflé from a box. For the price I think it’s overvalued, I liked the view but this was too high for the quality. Service was also slow."
