In the heart of Walnut Creek, welcome to Oak & Iron. This beautiful two-bedroom apartment rental is very conveniently located; close by you’ll find conveniences like Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and shopping centers. Take a stroll downtown and discover excellent restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Outdoor adventures await at nearby parks and open green spaces including Briones, Mount Diablo, and Las Trampas. Commuting is a breeze with easy access to BART and major highways.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• This unit is on floor 2. There is no elevator in this building.
• 1 covered carport space is available, $125.00/month, per spot. REACH OUT TO HOST for details.
• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
