“The check-in process was confusing as I didn’t know I had to go to the Holiday Inn. Maybe that’s on me as the information could’ve been in an email. However, James at the Holiday Inn got me checked in quickly and was very kind in the process. The apartment suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I can recommend is a fresh coat of paint and some other minor decor changes to spruce the place up a bit. ”

“We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.”

“Well where to start!! Probably best to start with the fact we didn’t end up staying here, not because we didn’t want to but because firstly we couldn’t find it, the address provided didn’t match the postcode, eventually found the road but no Alexander Apartment? Tried mobile number on booking which was out if service - never received any details on how to get in (even if we’d have found it!) hotels.com we’re next to useless, also couldn’t contact the property nor could they book us anywhere near……

“Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. “Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into……
