This is a well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom with a den.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The den has a twin sleeper sofa.

Guests have access to Netflix, Pluto TV. Listen to your favorite music through the blue tooth speakers in each room.

The Apartment is close to H St where you will find multiple restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Union Market- a gourmet food hall- is about 5 minutes away. Union Station where you have access to the metro and Amtrak is about 10 minutes away.

A pharmacy and a grocery store are just steps away.

The DC street car- which travels along H Street can take you to Union Station - is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Wonderful property, convenient location
We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our family of 5. The host was extremely helpful and added all sorts of nice extras to our stay. The property is super close to the (free) street car, which takes you to Union Station so it was easy to get to anywhere in the city via public transportation.

The apartment is thoughtfully designed and in a quiet neighborhood. The (free) DC Streetcar is just a 3 minutes walk away and gets you to Union Station within 15-20 minutes from where you can walk to the museums, etc.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable
My wife and I and two other family members did a "girls' weekend" in DC earlier this month staying at this rental. It was a relaxing, super clean and comfortable home base with everything we needed to feel at home. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms, pretty furnishings, comfortable beds!! cool artwork and well-kept on the outside. Host was friendly, accessible, and helpful. Safe enclosed parking for our car. The location is a little rough around the edges - we saw police a couple times - but also near several excellent restaurants, including one Food & Wine recently put on its Top 20 U.S. restaurants list. Just a couple miles from the U.S. Capitol. Neighbors were friendly - everyone said hello when we saw them outside and being from Boston (where that doesn't necessarily happen) that was noticeable and welcomed. Not public transportation accessible - we took ride shares which were easy to get.

Spring break visit to DC
Great spot very nice beds, linens and kitchen. We took Ubers daily to the Mall about a 15–20min quick ride so convenient for us. There are bus stops a 2 min walk away. Safeway was 5 min walk. Tried a few restaurants on H street also in walking distance. Host checked in with us by the app and was available for any concerns for which we had none during our stay. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Amazing Stay!
Stephanie's home is wonderful -- extremely clean, tastefully updated, spacious, and located in an area that is close to just about everything. We even had our own parking spot. We felt like we were home away from home. She is highly responsive and even left some goodies for us for the holiday. We would definitely stay in her place again. Highly recommended!

Visit to the Nations Capitol
The visit to the National Monuments and Museums was a wonderful experience. The home we rented was everything that we hoped for. Our host Stephanie was wonderful and definitely has pride in keeping her VRBO property in excellent condition. If we ever make it back to this part of the country I would not hesitate to stay here again. Oh, the nice box of Ghirardelli chocolates was a nice treat as well.

Great place with lots of fancy touches
The house was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check in process was very easy. Stephanie was great to work with. We stayed with 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The place isn’t too far from Union Station and we used public transportation a lot. I loved the shower with 3 shower heads— it felt very fancy.

Great apartment, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The residence is in a great neighborhood, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee and bars. It's a little ways (about a mile) from the nearest metro, but the H street trolley is close by and takes you right up to Union Station. The communication with the owner, Stephanie, was fantastic, and she was super helpful! Definitely recommend this residence!

Great house and location!
I stayed here with my family and it was a great experience! The house is exactly as advertised. We did not have a car and were able to get to all the museums and monuments via public transportation. Stephanie was constantly checking in with us to ensure everything was going well.

Great place for a family of five, right close to all the attractions!
This place was a great find, and a good price for our family of five for a long weekend trip to DC. Everything was just as promised in the description, and the dedicated parking spot was a huge convenience getting little people and belongings in and out of the car each day. Stephanie was really great with communication before and during our trip. Five stars all the way!

Great home away from home.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It was peaceful, clean, conveniently located and very comfortable. Stephanie, the property owner/manager was timely in her response if we had questions. There was snacks for the kids when we arrived. It made a huge difference considering we got in late and didn’t have time to grab something to eat. The wide selection of tea and coffee added a wonderful touch for my wife and me. I would definitely stay hear again and would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for great accommodations.

Lovely DC property!
This beautiful 2 floor rental was great for our family of 5. The main floor is the main living space. Bedrooms are on the floor below— Two bedrooms with queen beds and the small “den” had a single sleeper sofa that was perfect for our 7 year old. The couch on the main floor also looked like it pulled out if needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated with high end extras. And the free parking spot in back was a major factor in our choice to stay here! Commuting into town was easy but lengthy. We allowed at least an hour to get anywhere. Communication with the owner was great. My kids loved the extra touch of snacks and drinks left in the unit!

My partner and I stayed here with our 12 year old niece, Izzy. We had a great time, the place was perfect, great walking neighborhood and convenient. I wish we were a little closer to the Metro but fun diverse and energetic neighborhood! Thank you!
