Our flight was cancelled, so we were able to book a room for one night. They have free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room and bathroom was very clean. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The woman who checked us in went above and beyond to ensure things were smooth. We had an issue with our card and she made things happen so we could get to our rooms. Parking cost is rather high, in my opinion.

Make sure you get the room asked. Asked for king size bed. Didn't get it. Never received cleaning service. Had to get our own fresh towels. Requested room service but was told that room service came every 4 days. Instead of nickle dime your customers, bar is expensive, parking cost is outrageous $43.00 a day. Electrical outlet was issue. Not satisfied. Find another place.

The staff was incredible at this hotel. Every single time I had a question or a need, it was met with a smile and a can-do spirit. Very friendly, positive staff. On my next trip, I will likely use the Metro train from Reagan National Airport to the hotel. It's fast and affordable. It is simply one stop and a few blocks of walking. Fast and easy. Oh, the air-conditioning was great too, which was important on the 90 degrees and higher summer days.

All the staff were helpful when you need to find were to go because we don't want to rent a car we take the trian everything is near shopping, go to the white house, national mall, different attractions, I recommend it

Stay was ok. No complimentary water bottles or breakfast. Breakfast buffet was $20, and Parking was expensive, $42 per night. Parking tip: There is a garage in two mins walk, next to the Hilton hotel (2381 S. Clark St.), they charge only $19.95 for 24 hours.

The property was great. Perfect location to catch the metro to the DC area. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport, however there was an extremely long wait to talk to someone at the hotel to arrange the shuttle service. I think the front desk staff urgently need help with phone duties.

It’s fine, $20 breakfast is a bit much but everything in the area is pretty expensive anyway. Hotel is a bit beat up but overall is clean and you get what you pay for.
