Loved the opportunity to stay at this historical hotel. Check in was smooth, however valet parking and retrieving of our vehicle was difficult and took a long time. Very clean and beautifully decorated room. No fridge in room which was a huge bummer for us but we survived. Bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains kept the room very dark which we like. No vent fan in bathroom so it can get very steamy. Overall a nice stay and would stay here again.

Staff were all wonderful. Emily made checking in a breeze. Seeing Theo every day was a treat. Being able to drop our bags early was a huge help. The room was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Some extra hangers would have been appreciated. The room needs hooks and more surfaces to put things down. We missed the convenience of a small fridge. The location was great, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, easy walking distance to the must-see sites, and great local transit options.

*Great place but has some flaws* It was good walking distance to everything. Valet was really expensive and was told it would be $50 total but ended up being over $100. You have to pay to park no matter what and we missed the entrance 2 times because the pull up is kinda hard to see. Elevators are also really small and no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs. the doors to the rooms are also really small but the hotel is a good place to stay over all.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful in getting my two reservations next to each other on the same floor and the rooms were spacious and clean. There is a lot to do within walking distance. They even brought out umbrellas when it started pouring outside and it was a nice small gesture.

I loved our stay at the Henley. The staff is amazing. The food is great and I loved the room. The price for a 2 night stay was reasonable. Also, it's about a 5 minute walk from the convention center. Next time me and friends need a hotel, we all agreed, we're staying at the Henley!
