Loved how the staff was extremely kind and helpful from being greeted and door held open , taking our luggage to the room, giving us info on where to visit in the city and surrounding area. Housekeeping was excellent. Everything including the beds were pristine. It was a joy to stay here we will definitely return and look for other properties in other states! Thank you for making our trip a #10+

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, and the hotel smelled really fresh and nice. The hotel has a modern and beautiful atmosphere, and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is great—very convenient and close to the Navy Yard and the river, which made it easy to explore the area. Valet parking was a little expensive, especially since the price depends on the size of the vehicle, plus taxes. Breakfast at Surveyor was also a bit pricey. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again!

This hotel isn't inexpensive, but it's totally worth the cost. It's our choice for overnight trips into the city to see games at Nats Park and hang out in the Navy Yard area afterwards. Convenient to I-295, tasty food at the restaurant, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Will definitely be back.

The staff was great, and the hotel was in a nice location, but my "balcony" room turned into room 217, where I had a little porch that was carved into a garden separating the hotel from an apartment building. Anyone on my side of the building could easily walk right up to my door. -- which was secured with an after-market slider bolt; the installed deadbolt did not work -- and the people in the apartments could have come over, too. Between the thick foliage and the need to keep the blinds closed for privacy -- again, those apartments were right there -- my room felt like a cave.

I have stayed here multiple times: convenient, reasonable . Restaurant is nothing to talk about. The bar on the main floor is almost always not attended, bar on the roof is nothing to scream about… I like the location, on the navy yard and close to the capitol center. Other than that it offere not much except a clean bead at a reasonable price.. they will not help u book extra day if u book with expedita.
