Friendly staff. Clean facility. Useful vouchers. Very cool lighting and beds. Roomy accommodations. The only issue was the water in the shower was not hot. Could have brought it up to management but didn’t since it was just an overnight stay. Maybe it had something to do with encouraging people to take quick showers…? Would stay there again if they could guarantee a hot shower in the future :)

Sucks to have to pay $50 per night for parking. The resort fee is also unnecessary, just include all fees/expenses in the original pricing. You should also be able to combine all of your $10 room credits, not have to use one each day, its kinda scammy

This property looks nothing like the pictures. It looks ran down, the bed was uncomfortable and when u move the recliner up and down it sounds like the bed will break. The furniture is dirty in the lobby area and so is the carpet. They should say something about the $103 fee per day even after u purchase the hotel. The tv only have like 10 stations to choose from. You dont get a full bathroom for the price u pay. The water doesn’t get hot it’s luke warm. The pool is super small and the furniture in the pool area is dirty. No microwave and the vending machine wasn’t working. Don’t be fooled by the pictures this hotel is 1-10 I don’t recommend. Only good thing about it is it’s close to all of the museums and the White House.

Friendly staff, convenient to local tourist attractions. Cleaning staff not attentive to ensuring there is enough shampoo, body wash available. We had no shampoo for 3 days. The smell in the parking garage was horrendous. Front desk staff refused to take cash as payment for resort fees on check out. Apparently cash is no longer considered to be legal tender at Yotel properties.

The room was horrible because the window shade was missing and the street lights kept us awake all night. In the morning when we were leaving they sent a repair person to fix it. Too late. We were only there for 1 night. There was no manager on duty to speak to and our refund request was denied by the front desk clerk We cannot recommend this hotel.
