Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a $1,000 cleaning fee covering odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture treatment.

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Please treat our home with care as if it were your own to maintain its quality for future guests. Hosting parties or events is prohibited and will result in a $1,000 penalty.

★ LONG-TERM STAYS
For reservations of 28 nights or more, a signed lease agreement may be required to confirm the booking.
