“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were generally friendly, and the hotel itself met our expectations.
However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., well within the advertised breakfast hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., yet the main hot items—sausages, baked beans, and scrambled eggs—were all empty. We had to wait about 20 minutes before they were replenished, which was frustrating considering breakfast service was supposed to be fully……
