Bartender at rooftop patio was very rude. Called front desk and asked for a corkscrew to open our wine. After a person brought up a bottle opener, she offered to take our bottle down to room service to open it. I agreed. When she came back I thanked her, she replied harshly that this was not her job and in the future I will have to open it myself.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Cannot fault this accommodation! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of choice. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Very peaceful location. Great views across the lake and golf course, got to see wildlife roaming around too. Wonderful facilities including the spa. Highly recommend!
