The room was very clean and the heater kept the room warm and toasty. Great place to sleep for the night and I would recommend.

Very welcoming . Restaurant food and service there were great. Not far from walking trails. Morning coffee was good. Will return if in area .

Staff was very courteous; they were the best part of the trip. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Other guests on the hall were smoking pot all night; the smell seeped into the room and kept us up. Breakfast was terrible; stale bagels and stale muffins. Despite this, we would try staying there again.

The property is in an excellent location, between the airport and Syracuse University. It took us about the same amount of time to get everywhere we needed to go. Rideshares found it easily. Unfortunately, other guests were loud in the afternoon and late into the evening. Smoke seeped into our room from whatever neighbors were smoking various substances. Make sure you note 454 JAMES, not E James. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was a bit small but it worked for us.
