"在瑞士10日，共住過5間酒店 琉森這間是最喜歡的一間 非常方便，距離琉森火車站只需5分鐘左右 這次住standard double room，房間相對是普通一點，但所需要的都有，有雪櫃，有冷氣，而且都乾淨，缺點是浴缸，如長者去，就可自行評估是否大問題，同隔音有點差，不過係戴耳塞就可解決既情度 早餐也是住過5間酒店中最豐富同好食 而最欣賞的是員工非常友善！！"

"面向馬路，晚上比較吵。早餐豐富，距離車站走路約8-10分鐘,有很多巴士客 可以到火車站。"

"这家酒店的卫生状况非常不好，我们办理入住的时候，发现房间里的卫生还没打扫好，房间甚至还没准备好。而当时的时间已经是晚上21点了。房间里的各种卫生问题，我们拍了很多图片，比如床单不平整。座椅上的污渍，很脏的烧水壶，毛巾发黄，沙发的缝隙里有纸片，假窗户，打开窗户外面是一堵墙，早餐厅的勺子很脏等等。"

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "

"酒店離琉森車站只需要3－5分鐘路程，去附近主要景點亦係步行可到達，非常方便。附近環境不算嘈雜和感覺好安全，附近好多超市亦是步行5－10分鐘可以到達。前台和餐廳員工極度有善，餐廳(交誼廳)24小時開放，有咖啡機，飲用水，生果，微波爐，你亦可以隨時在餐廳食自己帶去的食物，整體非常滿意。"

"Easy walk from train station. Hotel staff was friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Complimentary soft drinks in the room were great! Breakfast was very good with variety of food choices! "
