“The space was clean, inviting, and easy to find. We stayed on a particularly hot weekend and were pleased with the level of cooling we got from the AC! The outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing off with cool water after visiting the river. The beach is just a couple minutes' walk away and was quiet and pleasant. A lovely stay, would definitely stay again!”

“House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family.”

“Charming cottage with updated decor. The host was very comucative during a power outage due to storms. The kitchen was nicly stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was nice, but the backyard was not very usable due to some leftovers from repair work taking up the grassy area.”

“We arrived promptly at 4PM, the check in time to find 3 foot of snow piled up all along the road, the entire parking area, drive way covered in snow and ice. We were in town to do some work for my niece so we had a few supplies on my van. My husband had to pick axe an area large enough for my van, we were then able to reverse in and leave my front tires almost in the street. Then we started making trips with our luggage, stuff for the kitchen etc across the snow and ice to the front door. ……
