“Un des meilleurs établissement que nous ayons eu depuis les nombreuses années que nous allons a Wells et Ogunquit. Petit déjeuner inclus, supérieur a ceux qui l'offre. Très bon prix avec Expédia. Très satisfait de notre séjours.”

“Wifi weak, Floor water leak, Lack of maintenance, No staff for check-in midnight, Dropbox key lost during midnight check-in.”

“We enjoyed oir stay overall. The woman who helped during the breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed our conversation. The breakfast itself was good, but not a lot of options and not cooked to order. The only eggs were hard boiled and there was no bacon or sausage or ham. I would describe it as more continental. The rooms were good and comfortable, but the walls.were definitely thin between. Bedrooms. The location was great and we did enjoy checking out all interesting history of the……

“Nice place”

“I came up to Wells for a wedding at Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport up the road, and this was a nice place. Very cozy and quiet, perfect for quick trips or 2-3 days if you don’t have a lot of luggage”

“Nice property for families. Loved the screened in porch. Because the rooms are close you can hear all the conversations. Great indoor pool.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The home was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short drive from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Our only complaint was that we visited during the heat of the summer and the one window ac unit didn’t quite cool one of the bedrooms. Overall, this was a pleasant spot for our group of five!”

“We were given 1 key for our room at check in and sadly we locked that key in our room (our fault) accidently. I went to the office and all of the lights were off and no one answered the door. I tried to call, their phone number +1 207-646-9210 and it was an out of service phone number. I called Expedia customer service and the representitive sent an email to the office that was never answered. We were locked out of our room for that very cold night. The TV was also not functioning and we were……

“Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. The area is full of fun activities to keep you entertained and a shopping area for food etc. close by.The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Photos are accurate. I would highly recommend and stay again next season!”

“The property was very clean and surprisingly large! Very close drive to the beach and many great restaurants.”

“Our 2 bedroom unit was beautiful - very clean well appointed. Four adults stayed here very comfortably. Really liked having washer and dryer. Check in was easy. Didn’t have to do a bunch of “housekeeping” before checking out - just take out the trash and run the dishwasher!”

“Great space, clean and easy check in and out. Highly recommend!”

“They were so accommodating and what a view!!!”

“Great stay! We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 3, 1) and the house worked perfectly for us. It’s a 3 story home. You walk into the first floor with 3 bedrooms, walk up a set of stairs for the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and then another flight of stairs for a playroom area. The home was extremely kid friendly with games, plastic kitchen stuff, beach toys, etc. It had comfortable beds and was clean.”

“The property is beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied & in excellent condition. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room & we all loved sitting around the fire pit & several used the hot tub. We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!”
