Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. "The shower drain was clogged, and after using it for about 10 minutes, the water overflowed. I requested to change rooms, but my request was denied because I was told it would be repaired. A repair technician came immediately, but the issue was not fixed at that time (it was fixed the following day). In addition, the telephone in the room was broken and completely unusable."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"
