“Very nice property. Would stay here again!”

“This was our second stay at this cute oasis! The space is clean bright and cheery. The set up is efficient and roomy. We were able to walk to downtown and Gypsy Hill park. We had a great weekend”

“The ambiance and location made for a perfect hotel option.”

“Located within a couple minute walk to downtown. Very cute accommodations in amazing historic home. Management responded almost immediately every time I contacted them.”

“The rental was in the perfect location for the reason we were in the area. We stayed an extra day to visit the NP. Had dinner at a local restaurant and on our way of town visit the Presidential Museum. Communications was timely with Host. Ever in the area again we would rent again.”

“This place is perfect. Ferne is an excellent host with a beautiful cottage that is clean and comfortable.”

“We enjoyed the home, the children loved the pool, there was a nice shade for us while we were watching our children in the pool. And a nice place to grill and a little fire pit. We chose not to use the fire pit or grill, but it was there. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Great communication.”

“This was a very clean place. Easy to find and the pool was excellent. This was a spur of the moment stay for us and couldn’t have been happier. Neighborhood appeared to be nice as well. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

“The suite was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more centrally located. Perfect for a visit to Blackfriars Playhouse.”

“We had a wedding locally and the house and park across the street became hangouts with the grandkids and extended family. Super cozy house. Also slept amazing, so quiet. Well stocked. Had everything we needed. Loved the the gas fire pit in the yard as well for hanging out. Local eateries did not disappoint.”

“We were a bit concerned as this was a new property with no reviews. The host was great. Very responsive and shared lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The property was extremely clean, and a very short drive to town as well as to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. It is in a quiet area, and we felt perfectly safe. The view of location is subjective. If you are looking for manicured lawns and granite countertops, this isn’t it. I’d call it an 80s home in an area that is common for……
