“This is not my first time staying in Kempinski dead sea - so this time we tried different resorts in the same region for one night each. This is by far the best hotel experience I had in my visit in dead sea, in my whole Jordan trip. The staff are professional, clean and polite. The view is wide open from main building junior suite - we stayed at 3rd floor, but I have seen floors as high as 6th floor. I presume it will have a even better view up there. The room is super stylish, spacious……

“Receiptist is not really helpful that to introduce their facilities especially non disclosure they have vehicle to drive customer to beach. But, their lifeguards are very polite and helpful; Hotel is now have renovation, many places have much dust and ash. In conclusion this hotel not worth for the expensive price.”

“Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating.”

“There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast……

“So far the worst hotel in Israel. Service is bad, room is dirty, receptionist is rude, location is mediocre. I was asked to pay extra for towels and bathroom mats even!! ”

“酒店位置真不错。后面就是死海海滩，可以领取酒店毛巾，泡完后直接海滩冲洗下。还有游泳池。不过酒店的设施是真不咋地，很有种年久失修的感觉。性价比高，酒店自助餐一般。”
