“Great property”

“We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.”

“We had a group of 11 adults and found the house spacious and comfortable. Chad was quick and informative in their responses. The basement is also a great entertaining space between the card table and large sectional. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks and. Great house and would stay here again!”
