"Limeberry Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and reconnect on our wedding anniversary. Jonathan and Jude communicated really well in the days leading up to our arrival. Jude met us despite our late arrival and guided us up the road to the villa, where he gave a friendly orientation to the place before making himself available for any needs during our stay. The villa is very well supplied, quiet, and beautiful. It was easy to stare out over the hills, ocean, and nearby islands. The sunsets are gorgeous. The pool was large, in at least partial shade throughout the day, and very comfortable -- a real treat when the temperature went up and breeze got still. Checkout was really simple. We hope to return someday."

"We really loved this place. With the incredible view, open floor plan (on the top floor), good kitchen, and the very nice pool, we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa, cooking meals, etc. Mornings were sublime. The layout of the house is not intuitive from the listing: the bedrooms are not on the same floor as the main living level, with two bedrooms one level down and the third, two levels down. They are not connected via interior stairways, and have independent external doorways. This isn't necessarily a negative, it's just a function of how a lot of caribbean houses are laid out. The bedrooms themselves are very comfortable, with AC in two of them, and good breezes throughout. Location of the house is great - we've come to really like the West End of Tortola. (Recommend shopping for groceries at Riteway in Soper's Hole, rather than schlep to Road Town. Skip C&D's and Bobby's Supermarket.) The hill up to the house is no joke, but not a big deal. Kinda fun, actually. We would love to return and stay here again."

"Comfortable room, well maintained property. Beautiful view with soothing sound of the surf and amazing sunsets. A short drive to the best beaches on Tortola - Smugglers Cove, Long Bay and Cane Garden Bay. Charles takes a lot of pride in Ke Villas and it shows. It exceeded our expectations. "

"What a magnificent get-away with unbelievable ocean views from each room! We loved this quiet, secluded and relaxing property in Tortola. Going to sleep and waking up to the the sound of the ocean surf was a dream come true! We enjoyed using the hammock on the deck. The house was well-appointed and spotless. Carolyn provided great directions and house access. Even a big bowl is fresh fruit! We didn't need anything from her after that because everything had been thought through to make for a perfect stay. The only thing that might be worth mentioning that surprised us is that one of the suites is up a flight of stairs which could be an issue for consideration when booking."

"Excellent management and staff. Rooms cleaned daily. No insects, even in the kitchen. Only issue is with Expedia listing showing restaurant on site when in fact it has been closed since 2017."

"Everything you need there. Loved to hot tub. On a steep incline but almost everything is on the island. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Caribe immensely. Very nicely appointed and well equipped little beach cottage in a good location right on the water with great views. The property manager, Sharlene, met us at the rental car place and helped us find the property. Which sometimes can be and issue. I definitely recommend Casa Caribe for a great couples getaway spot."

"Beautiful hotel and location. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of in all aspects. Very warm and friendly. The on-site restaurant had fantastic options and everything we ordered was delicious. My only regret was not staying longer."
