“Very disappointing experience with Hilton. We arrived at 9:00 AM and, despite rooms being available, we were told we could not check in until 1:00 PM unless we paid an additional 50% early check-in fee. We had informed the hotel beforehand that we had a flight at 5:00 AM the next day and would check out at 3:00 AM, meaning we only needed the room for a few hours of rest. Still, there was no flexibility or willingness to show empathy, not even to let us in at 10:00 AM. We accepted the policy...

“desde que llegue, la atencion del personal del turno de la noche, indiferente al viajero que llega x la madrugada cansado y sin ganas de discutir.la habitacion vieja y un poco descuidada.”

“I stayed there for 9 nights in first week of August and I am very happy. It is only 3 months old from being upgraded from Ibis to Mercure of the Accor chain hotel. Hence everything looks new, clean and fresh. All the staff go beyond their way to make this trip and stay a pleasant one for me. So thank you everyone.”

“We stayed here due to proximity of places we needed to go to. Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. We knew what to expect but were grateful with the extra floor space in the room near the window. Room was very clean and bedding and pillows smelled clean. The bathroom was a bit tiny but was ok for two nights. Wouldn’t mind staying again for a short stay if needed to stay in the area again”
