“Great location, plenty of room! Kids loved the pool and game room!”

“We absolutely LOVE staying here. It’s the reason we keep coming back every year!”

“It was pet friendly apartment, everything was clean and nice, we enjoyed our stay!!!”

“GREAT property in a great location! Perfect for us to have as a central base for discovering different little beach towns each day. The property is so well done - love the decor and all of the special touches! Brandon is a great and thoughtful host. He left desserts for my retiring husband! (Go to Paris bakery!)We had wonderful meals at Mabel’s, the Boathouse, and Chez Rosa! Shopping and galleries are amazing! Coastline, character, old houses - priceless! We absolutely loved coming “home” after……

“Decent property. Some sand on floor, but this is a beach property. Kitchen sink plug missing so hard to do dishes.Several dishes in cupboard were dirty.Large burner on stove did not work.Overall a nice property. Just a few minor things. We would stay again.”

“We loved our time in ogunquit. The house is very charming and it has everything you need. Even things we didn’t know we needed! Location could not be better. We will for sure be back next summer!”

“The property is very close to I 95 making it very convenient to commute to portland. It is close to a grocery store. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. Our family of 6 had a nice stay.”

“Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. The area is full of fun activities to keep you entertained and a shopping area for food etc. close by.The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Photos are accurate. I would highly recommend and stay again next season!”

“Property was exactly as described. Perfect lodging for our group of four and easy location for our Kennebunkport/Portland/Freeport weekend trip. Communication with Nick and Kayla was easy.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The home was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short drive from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Our only complaint was that we visited during the heat of the summer and the one window ac unit didn’t quite cool one of the bedrooms. Overall, this was a pleasant spot for our group of five!”

“Had a great time, it was a smooth process and communication was great! Perfect space for our family with 3 small kiddos and lots to do in the area! Would stay again :)”

“Clean room very nice.”

“Great space, clean and easy check in and out. Highly recommend!”

“Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach……

“We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom. Luckily it was……
