“Great little comfortable place to stay. Everything explained! Second time I've stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to return. Local roads are a bit dodgy!”

“Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! ”

“I like everything with the house”

“Lovely little cottage very well equipped and very clean. A bottle of bubbly and chocolates and a pint of milk in the fridge awaited us. Great location for visiting all the lovely villages in North Norfolk and the coast.”

“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. “Great host, very good pre-stay information and an excellent property to stay at.”

“This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.”

“We had a really pleasant stay here, the cottage is very quaint and rustic and comfortable for a short stay”

“Very nice accommodation and friendly hosts.”

“Lovely cottage, ideal for a getaway.Owner couldn't do enough for us.Lot's of little extras given to us making it a nice break.”
