“Amazing property. Kind owners. Cozy space. Lovely wildlife. Great porch area for morning coffees. Great rental. Highly recommend”

“House is very kind and response quickly”

“Clean ans cozy home very close to downtown Melbourne and with easy access to the beach and local attractions”

“No complaints in general, cozy spot to hideaway”

“We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely……

“The property was clean and quiet… and was equipped with everything needed (towels, toiletries, beach chairs, full kitchen, etc.). Nice view of the pond/wildlife out back. Property owners were prompt with responses. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great place, great ease with check in, clean and perfect location.”

“Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.”

“This property exceeded my expectations. It was like being home from home. Comfy bed, all my fav tv channels. The view of the pond from the patio and the pool was fabulous. I especially liked the closeness of the shops.Ten minutes walk to Aldi, Walmart, 15 mins to Publik and my favourite was Ross dress for less as its like the UK TKMaxx. The beaches were fabulous too. Everyone was friendly and I was able to get the number 30 bus to the airport and Florida Tech University from right across the……

“When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.”

“Lovely place. Clean rooms & great location!!”

“Lovely condo perfect for a couple and a pup! Great communication with hosts and filled with anything you need. Great location!”

“Great condo. Very good condition and in a convenient location.”

“It is directly on the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, but not very kept up, needs a re-fresh, I know the salt air does damage & its hard to keep up, but the whole place has an "I don't care " feel. The rooms are clean but dumpy. baseboards chipped, paint off the walls, very dated uncomfortable couch. The bed was suppose to be a queen size, it was not, it was a double, I would not have booked that room if I knew that. When I told the woman in the office she didn't seem to care. Dollar Tree……

“We were very pleased with our stay! The unit was beautiful and spotless! It also provided all of the little extras that we appreciated very much (a small cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, hand soap, etc.). Owners were very accessible and responsive! 10 out of 10! We would definitely book here again! ”

“Cute 2 bedroom worked out perfect for our trip. Was quite and clean Used the pool while we where there. Definitely would book again”

“The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool.”

“I wish I could give this a good review because it could be a cute rental apartment. It was not clean (dirty coffee pot, ceiling fans dirty, dirty bathroom rugs) and there were what appeared to be wash cloths stuck in a broken air vent in the secondary bedroom. I would not recommend staying here, especially for the price.”

“This was the perfect get away. In a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to the beach in Melbourne and cocoa beach and with in ah hour or so from Orlando. Very spacious with all the amenities of a washer and dryer as well as plenty of towels, cookware, etc., made it even easier. The game and fitness rooms were big hits with the entire family. The front porch swing and sitting area were are going to place in the early mornings as well as evenings as the sun was going down. The host was……
