“Comfortable ,cosy ,well equipped little cottage in stunning surroundings. Very dog friendly. Richard ,the owner made us very welcome. A great location for getting out and about.”

“We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.”

“The Annexe was in a good location within the ground and well equipped with all in good working order. The outdoor games area was well maintained, the indoor games room was equipped with table tennis, table football and a pool table which had all the balls for both pool and snooker. The pool table was in need of some TLC but had four or five cues a rest and chalk. The swimming pool was vary good with a large pool and hot tub. “Even prior to our arrival I received all the information required off Emma When we first saw our accommodation we were impressed with the location once we opened the door & went in it was the wow factor so sweet & cosy The welcome pack was by far the best I’ve ever seen (felt spoilt) I would highly recommend it to anyone We loved it & the dog was chuffed with his treats tooCould not of asked for more PERFECTION”

“The property was beautiful,and quirky,and the garden was a delight. The harbour was a very short distance,and not commercialised. There was plenty to do for all ages. Highly recommended ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & all was excellent but balcony doors jammed leaving small gap with guest having to get back in lounge through window . Contacted help which meant young man arrived promptly & managed to close door but this prevented the use of the balcony during our stay. Single bed duvet rather thick & heavy, otherwise all good.”

“This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. Plenty of storage, fully stocked and large kitchen and untility/ boot room if you go walking!! It is so beautifully decorated throughout we loved all the different lamps. “Great location. Well equipped cottage, but not as cosy and comfortable as we expected. We felt it was a little under maintained and tired. In need of some TLC. Although the kitchen was well equipped, many thing’s didn’t match, some of the pans and crockery needed replacing. Very dark and drab.”

“The owner Simon was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as it was quiet yet only a short distance from a B road which gave access to the wonderful scenery of Exmoor. I would thoroughly recommend The Old Mill as a holiday retreat.”
