The entire Condo was just updated including Kitchen, bathrooms, heated flooring, new furniture, etc. Two private outdoor patios with a new propane BBQ. Shared Outdoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Free Parking

Our SunPath Townhome is located entirely on the ground floor. There are no stairs to climb with two great private patios. The entire place has been completely renovated. The bedrooms have new carpet, beds and bedding. A brand new washer and dryer were installed for your use. New heated tile flooring in all areas except bedrooms. New cabinets, appliances, and quartz counters, furniture, etc. There unit also has a gas fireplace, cable TV, wifi and many other amenities. There is a common area heated pool and hot tub; free underground parking; and secure bike storage.

SunPath is located just on the edge of the village. Close to many restaurants and shops.
