“Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. “The host, Justin, is an amazing one-man-band. Incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was lovely; clean, bright and warm. Each day my fridge was restocked with water and fresh milk. The breakfast was always fabulous, especially the poached eggs (perfect!). Plenty of parking (free) and beautiful countryside, though not far from all amenities (3 min drive). Pub within walking distance.
