“nice hotel was just what i needed for an out of town trip. It could have been a bit cleaner and more maintained but the kindness and exceptional service of the staff made up for that for me!!”

“Property was easy to navigate and clearly marked. Visited the pool and hot tub area on the evening of our stay and found it neat and extremely relaxing and clean. They had tea, coffee and cookies offered in a counter area to the side. The room was excellent, one king bed with large counter and sink. Separated shower and toilet with door. The A/C heating unit was quiet. Two negatives: first floor room curtains need to close, small gap made me feel like someone could see in the room from the……

“The cabin was cute and comfortable and all we expected and more. We loved having the marsh right outside. Having a full wall of windows facing the lake made bird watching and sunrises amazing! Without even leaving the cabin, we saw sandhill crane, swans, ducks and geese, great egrets, red headed woodpeckers, kingfishers and several types of sparrows. Once outside we added a bald eagle to our list. Wonderful place to call home for a few days. We didn'e end up taking the kayaks out, but they……

“My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Sam, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Truly a perfect stay. We can’t wait to……
