“Loved , loved this cottage. Spacious, warm and the copious amount of channels available on the TV for those wet afternoons was fabulous. Everything was thought of to make our stay so comfortable. No shortage of anything, so much so Iâ€™ve taken details of some of the fittings etc for our own home !. Lovely touch with dog biscuits and poo bags. Small things, but so welcome. No hesitation in recommending and hope to be back soon.”

“This apartment is tucked away on a nice quiet street, with a friendly pub half a street down. The level of cleanliness in the property was some of the best I have seen; you can clearly see that the owner cares about her business and customers! We had a lovely stay and got lots of activities done, from a boat tour in seahouses (40min drive) to see seals and dolphins, to an audio tour of warkworth castle (10min drive) and many other things along the way. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!……

“Great location, fabulous views of the rolling hills and loch, together with a real sense of 'getting away from it all'. The downstairs of the cottage was cosy and adequately equipped. We particularly enjoyed the open fire that was set up ready to go, we only had to light it and there was plenty of spare wood to burn. A point for our own learning is that next time we will select somewhere that does not welcome pets as many parts of the upstairs did smell like dogs were there before us. So much so……

“Property is well located and beds are comfy. It was very cold in the property when we arrived as the thermostat had been turned to 10 degrees and there were no matches to light the fire. The whole property felt like it needed a bit of a refresh.....walls marked, some mirrors cracked, doors & handles chipped, kitchen equipment mismatched and well used, some kitchen equipment broken, dining room chair broken and not usable. The shower has a slanted roof so not ideal as you have to duck to prevent……
