“The house was clean and nicely updated with modern furniture. The description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. While there's no dishwasher, it wasn’t a problem for us. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Brea’s Delight, which was a fantastic bonus!”

“Our stay was perfect from the minute we made our reservation the sad walk to the plane while leaving. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. We wound up renting 2 cars, 2 jet skis(1 day), and 3 paddleboards through the host. We also had the host fully stock the house with food and beverages prior to our arrival. “We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for……

“The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water! ”

“Overall, a great property and excellent property managers! The location was maybe our only 4-star, other than the ants lol. It's a bit of a drive to get almost everything. If you know Exuma, you know bugs are a thing...we bought an ant killer at the grocery store to help solve the ant issue in the kitchen. Overall property was clean and well-kept! “This house is incredible in all ways. Beautiful grounds, great views and access to the ocean. The house is perfect for our adult kids to spread out but has a separate large kitchen to prepare food and then a huge, oversized table to enjoy our evening dinners together.
